Returns & Exchanges

At Poppy & Peonies, we want you to love your new accessories, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
